Seen xQc or Adin Ross clips and fancy starting your own channel? Kick streaming in Bangladesh is worth considering for building an audience, but there is a payment catch: as of September 2026, Stripe does not list Bangladesh as a supported country. Kick sends all streamer payouts through Stripe.
That changes your plan, not necessarily your interest. Get your stream working, build a recognisable Bangla-speaking community, and use clips and sponsorship outreach without budgeting around direct Kick income.
Why consider Kick from Bangladesh?
Kick is an Australian livestreaming service founded in 2022 as a Twitch competitor. According to its platform history, it ranked the 4th most-watched livestreaming platform in Q3 2025, behind YouTube, TikTok and Twitch. It also has looser moderation and allows gambling content, so think about the audience and sponsors you want to attract.
For a Dhaka or Chattogram gamer, the useful question is simpler: can you deliver an enjoyable show on your existing connection? A higher revenue split means little if your stream keeps freezing or nobody has a reason to return.
Create and verify your account
Sign up at kick.com using email or a supported social login, including Google or Apple. Verify your email to enable streaming features, then enable two-factor authentication and complete phone verification. Email verification and account security are separate jobs; do not stop after creating a username.

Set up OBS for your connection
OBS is free on Windows, Mac and Linux. Kick also supports XSplit, Streamlabs Desktop and MELD, but OBS on PC is the standard route here. Console streaming needs a capture card plus a PC.
Hardware guidance puts upload at 5 Mbps minimum and 10+ Mbps recommended, with 8 GB RAM minimum and 16+ GB recommended. Treat those as planning guidance, not a promise that your game and stream will run comfortably together.
OBS setup, step by step
- Open Creator Dashboard → Channel → Stream URL and Key. Copy the server URL and stream key privately.
- In OBS, open File → Settings → Stream. Choose Custom… as the service, paste the server URL and stream key, then select Apply. Never show this screen on stream.
- Set output rate control to CBR, not VBR. Kick supports 1,000–8,000 kbps, with 8,000 kbps the maximum. Use the official Kick streaming instructions as your reference.
- Keep resolution at or below 1920×1080 and stereo audio at or below 48 kHz. Set the keyframe interval to 2 seconds.
- For x264, use the veryfast preset and zerolatency tune. For NVENC, Kick lists P6 Slower (Better Quality) and Ultra Low Latency.
- Choose a sensible starting quality. StreamerNews suggests around 6,000 kbps for 1080p, or 720p when upload is limited. Its frame-rate guidance is 60 fps for fast games and 30 fps for chat.
- Before going live, open Streamer Dashboard → Edit Stream Info, set your title and category, then Save. Kick warns that the livestream may not start correctly without them.
Do not force the higher starting bitrate onto a limited connection. If the stream gets laggy, lower bitrate in 1,000 kbps steps. With patchy mobile internet, favour a watchable picture and clear commentary over chasing maximum resolution. Your VOD saves to your channel page after you end the stream.
What should you stream?

Kick subscriptions cost a flat $5 globally, without regional pricing. Everything is denominated in USD. The 95/5 split leaves the streamer $4.75 per sub, but that is a revenue-share calculation, not proof you can withdraw it in Bangladesh.

The Bangladesh payout reality
Kick’s payout rules require Stripe and a bank account in a supported country. Bangladesh is absent from Stripe’s country list as checked in September 2026. A friend or family member’s overseas bank account is explicitly prohibited: Stripe must be in your own name, backed by your government ID.
